After God saw that the earth was going bad he decided to destory it. When he was going to destroy it he was going to keep a couple of people so they could start up again. He also decided to save animals to. So God choose the wonderful man named Noah. Noah and some of his family members. Noah told the people about Gods plan to flood the earth and it would destory everything. The people did not believe Noah. The only people that believed him were his sons. As Noah built the Ark the people laughed and mocked Noah. So then it came time for Noah to get in the Ark. He loaded up two of each animal into the Ark God sent rain and it flooded the earth after 40 days and 40 nights. Noah sent out a raven and a dove the dove returned but the raven didnt. Then Noah sent out the dove again and it returned with a fig branch. So then Noah knew that there was dry land. Noah sent out the dove one last time and this time the dove did not return. Noah landed the Ark and everyone and everything were safe. God sent out a rainbow showing that he would not destory the earth again in a flood. After the flood was over God blessed Noah.
A lesson is do what gods says or you will be punished.
A way you can apply this story to your life is listen to your elders they know what they are talking about when they tell you somthing.
